Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern the use of the website and all related services (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”). They constitute a legal agreement between you (the user) and the platform owner, Altervance Ltd., a company registered in Belize and licensed in Anjouan under the Computer Games Act 2025.
By using the JitaGo website, you confirm that you agree to these rules. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
General Provisions
- The administration has the right to change the terms at any time. Updates are published on the website and take effect immediately;
- Use of the website after changes means your agreement with them;
- Disputed bets made before the update are governed by the old rules.
Your Obligations
You confirm that:
- You are 18 years of age or older (or have reached the minimum age for gambling in your jurisdiction);
- You are located in a country where gambling is permitted by law;
- You are using the Service only for yourself and not on behalf of third parties;
- You are paying for bets only with your own funds and will not attempt to cancel or dispute payments;
- You understand the risk of losing your deposit and are fully responsible for your actions;
- You do not use VPNs, proxies, or other means of concealing your location;
- You do not manipulate markets, use insider information, and act in good faith.
Restrictions
It is prohibited to:
- Play if you are under 18 years of age or a resident of countries where gambling is prohibited (e.g., the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, the
- Netherlands, Austria, FATF blacklisted countries, etc.);
- Transfer or sell accounts;
- Use the service for spamming, fraud, or illegal activities;
- Interfere with the operation of the site or copy data (e.g., odds);
- Work for the company or its partners without the consent of management;
- Violations may result in account suspension and winnings being forfeited.
Registration
- The administration has the right to refuse registration without explanation;
- To create an account, you must provide real data and agree to the rules. Documents may be required in the future: passport/ID, proof of address;
- Registering more than one account is prohibited. If duplicates are detected, all accounts will be blocked;
- The contact email must be valid. All official correspondence is conducted through it;
- You are required to keep your password secret and change it regularly. Any actions taken from the account are considered to have been performed by you;
- The account currency is selected during registration; conversion may be subject to fees.
Account
- The account may display different currencies, but transactions are recorded in the transaction currency;
- The company does not issue loans;
- The administration may block or close an account in case of violation of the rules;
- Erroneously credited amounts are subject to return;
- In case of overspending, you are obliged to repay the debt;
- Gambling should be entertainment: if you lose control, a self-exclusion option is available.
Deposits
- Funds are only accepted from payment systems registered in your name;
- Automatic currency conversion at the bank or processor’s exchange rate is possible;
- The company is not a bank, deposits are not insured and do not bear interest;
- Attempting to cancel a payment (chargeback) will result in your account being blocked and your winnings being forfeited;
- You may not fund your account with funds from illegal sources;
- When using cards, it is recommended that you keep records of transactions.
Withdrawal of Funds
- The minimum amount is the equivalent of EUR 10;
- If the deposit has not been made at least once, an 8% commission (min. EUR 4) will be charged;
- Re-verification (photo, documents, selfie) may be required for withdrawal;
- Funds are withdrawn using the same method as they were deposited. Exceptions are possible, but are subject to additional checks;
- If your balance exceeds your deposit by more than 10 times, there is a limit of EUR 5,000 per month; in other cases, the limit is EUR 10,000;
- Violation of the rules (for example, using a VPN or residing in a prohibited country) may result in withdrawal refusal.
Payments and Processing
- You are required to make payments in good faith;
- A EUR 50 fee may be charged for payment refunds;
- All transactions are checked for legality and compliance with AML/KYC requirements.
Betting and Refund Rules
- Results are considered final after 72 hours;
- If an event is canceled and not resumed within 72 hours, bets will be refunded;
- Minimum and maximum betting limits are determined by the administration;
- In disputed cases (e.g., broadcast failure), the company has the right to cancel bets.
Force Majeure
The company is not liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond its control: power outages, communication failures, actions of authorities, etc.
Liability
- The company does not compensate for indirect losses, except in cases where this is required by law;
- The maximum liability is limited to the amount of your bet or EUR 500 (whichever is less).
Fraud
Any fraudulent activity will result in account suspension and referral to law enforcement authorities.
Conduct and Security
The following is prohibited:
- Publishing false or offensive information;
- Spreading viruses, using bots, hacks, or cheats;
- Impersonating another user;
- Spamming and fraud.
