KYC Policy

Player identification is a mandatory requirement for all international online casinos. The KYC (Know Your Customer) process protects players and the platform from fraud, duplicate accounts, and money laundering. Without document verification, it is impossible to gain full access to deposits and withdrawals.
At JitaGo, verification is carried out in stages and depends on the transaction amount and risk level. This approach simplifies the process for regular players and tightens control for large amounts.

  • SDD — simplified verification for small transactions with minimal risk;
  • CDD — standard procedure, including confirmation of identity and address (used in most cases);
  • EDD — extended verification required for large transfers, high risks, or suspicious activities.

If the total amount of deposits exceeds EUR 5,000 or upon the first withdrawal request, full KYC verification becomes mandatory.

What You Need to Prepare for KYC

To pass verification without any problems, it is important to prepare the correct documents in advance. They must be legible, up-to-date, and match the information in your profile.

Proof of Identity

  • Passport, national identity card, or driver’s license;
  • The document must be valid for at least 3 months;
  • The name and date of birth must match the information in the account;
  • The player must be 18+.

Address Confirmation

  • Bank statement or utility bill;
  • The document must be recent (no older than 3 months);
  • The name and address must match those on the ID.

Selfie with Document

  • Photo of the owner with the same document that was uploaded for identity verification;
  • The face and document number must be clearly visible.

Important Details

Before uploading, make sure that the photos are taken in good lighting and without glare — this will speed up the verification process.

  • If the documents are rejected, the player will receive a notification with the reason for the rejection and can resubmit them;
  • After successful verification, all deposit and withdrawal limits are removed;
  • Players from Austria, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States, and countries on the FATF list are not eligible for KYC.
